We know that sometimes costs can be a deterrent to reaching out, but I offer a sliding scale and many payment methods. In special circumstances, I offer temporary free services in traumatic or urgent events, as building mental strength and healthy relationships are my ministry. 

I offer group therapy or support groups to keep costs down for each person.  These groups range from topic to topic, like managing stress, anger management, professional development and emotional intelligence, divorce support, parenting, PTSD recovery, grief support and many more.
